12 Day Guesses for October 23rd

Here's the remaining games waiting for time/telecast decisions for October 16th.

Boston College at Florida St. 12pm ESPN
Minnesota at Purdue 12pm ESPN2
Arkansas at Auburn 3:30pm CBS
South Carolina at Kentucky 6pm ESPN2
Mississippi St. at Florida 7pm ESPNU
Ole Miss at Alabama 9:15pm ESPN2

For the 12 day selections, I'm guessing that ABC will take both Nebraska at Oklahoma St. & Oklahoma at Missouri. They'll determine time slot on 10/17 based on 10/16's results. Also thinking that Michigan St. at Northwestern will be snapped up by the Big Ten Network as one of the selections that can do before ESPN.

You really think UConn-Louisville is more likely for Big East GOTW than RU-Pitt?

Matt Sarzyniak said...

As of today, yes. If anything, it could be a six day selection. Pitt will be 3-3 if they beat Syracuse next week. UConn is going into their bye at 3-3. UofL is 3-2 entering the Keg of Nails game vs. Cincy and RU is 3-2 going into the Army game. If both RU and Pitt win, and this year nothing is certain in the Big East, it could move up, but if UofL wins, its on equal footing.

pitt could have trouble vs the cuse with a big crowd in the dome for homecoming.

is acc guaranteed 330 slot on espn u every week?

either of those b12 games going to do much vs mlb playoffs but any chance they put some other game in there along with b12 game

Only guaranteed slot for ESPNU is the primetime slot for the SEC, except when CBS carries their SEC primetime game.
