This post will be updated as announcements come out for start times for 9/10 - 9/12 from the twelve day selection process that most TV networks adhere to. Most conferences have the possibility of having all or part of their games held for a six day hold of the start time.
The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases. They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference. Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they will prove to be incorrect) and here is the current schedule for the week as several FBS games do have their time & television/webcast assignments already accounted for.
(Here's the deal - I don't really have a great handle as to the TV slots, so what I'll do is list the games not yet set for TV, then reorder them by time as they're set. That way you'll see the list of games set for TV along with the one(s) you're waiting on).

Hi Tabitha. Most years you would start to see kickoff times released around noon Eastern. Will post when they appear.
DeleteWell thanks to bad this isn't like most years but I know it's not your fault ;(

Still PPV for Oklahoma. I guess Fox/ESPN didn't want to buy it off of Sinclair and OU still wanted their tier 3 money.
