This post will be updated as announcements come out for start times for 11/14 - 11/18 from the twelve day selection process that most TV networks adhere to (well, under twelve days for the MAC but you get the picture). Please understand that games can be held until next Sunday if a broadcaster wants to wait on the results of the Week Eleven games. Most conferences have the possibility of having all or part of their games held for a six day hold of the start time.
Six day picks used coming into Week Twelve's selections: ACC (3 of 4), American (1 of 2), Big 12 (2 of 4), Big Ten (1 of 4 ???), SEC (2 of 2), Pac-12 (2 of 4, ESPN and FOX each have one left to use). I don't know how many six day holds the Big Ten has as part of their new TV deal. Per LandOf10, night games must be picked on a 12 day basis, and at this point in the year both schools must agree to have a night game.

The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases. They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference.
Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they'll prove to be incorrect) and here is the current schedule for the week as several FBS games do have their time & television/webcast assignments already accounted for.Six Day Holds

For the six-day holds, if I’m counting correctly, the last open window is the evening slot on ESPNews. I didn’t think a Big 12 or Big Ten game (under the new contract) could be put on ESPNews. What am I missing? Perhaps three games on BTN with a two concurrent games?
If I did this right
ABC Noon/3:30/8
ESPN Noon/3:30/10:45
ESPN2 3:30
ESPNU 3:30
FOX Noon/4/8
FS1 Noon/4
FSN 2:30
BTN Noon/3:30
PAC-12 7
That’s 17 windows for the 16 six-day holds plus the two ACC games on the Disney nets
So yeah I think BTN will have two games at either Noon or 3:30
To be clear, Syracuse at Louisville will be on either ESPN2 or ESPNU, so both aren't really open. Just one is.
