The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases. They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference.
Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they will prove to be incorrect) and here is the current schedule for the week as several FBS games do have their time & television/webcast assignments already accounted for.
Every Power 5 conference has a six day hold available to be used by television networks. My understanding is that the American Athletic Conference only has three six day holds to be used by television, but if they have four, one would also be available to be used for that conference's games.

matt, I dont understand what you mean about this:
My understanding is that the American Athletic Conference only has three six day holds to be used by television, but if they have four, one would also be available to be used for that conference's games.
It means that I thought that TV could only hold AAC games 3 weeks out of the season. Based on today's confirmed start times, TV had the option to hold some game times until six days before the game date four times.
have you ever seen sun belt on a 6 day hold before?
I think so, but I'd have to search this blog to remember it.
Are the Sun Belt games really six-day holds? They don't seem any different than the weekly ABC/ESPN/2/U designations within the same time slot?
Yes they are. One gets ESPNU at a specific time & the other goes to ESPN+ whenever the host school wants to start.
