CFB TV Guesses for 2026 Week 7 (10/15/2026-10/17/2026)

Here are the games already set for television and/or webcast. Here are the known available telecast windows.

I have done my best to list what TV windows are out there. Every listing service has a little different schedule for these networks. It is also possible that a window could be eliminated or the time of a window could shift slightly to accommodate a network's needs.

Instead of cluttering up these posts even more, I'll try to keep track of the unique conference TV arrangements and six day holds used in a separate post.

A few notes and considerations:

* FOX's noon game was preselected (Ohio State at Indiana) per The Athletic.
* Games set for time or TV network family, but not both
  • New Mexico at Hawai'i (TBA, FOX Sports)
  • Illinois State at Southern Illinois (TBA, ESPN linear)
  • Florida A&M at Jackson State (3pm, ESPN linear or ESPN+)
  • Rutgers at Maryland (Between 12pm and 5pm, TBA)
  • SEC game time slots
    • Early: Mississippi State at LSU, Florida at Texas
    • Afternoon: Auburn at Georgia, Missouri at Ole Miss
    • Afternoon or Evening: Arkansas at Vanderbilt, Alabama at Tennessee, Kentucky at Oklahoma
* The BTN window is listed at 1pm, but it could move to 3pm if Oregon or UCLA ends up hosting on the network.  Nebraska says their match will air at 5pm or 9pm ET.  I'm thinking that the two women's volleyball matchups will be at 7pm & 9pm.  This also assumes that the Peacock window remains at 12pm.
* After FOX taking Ohio State at Indiana, I'm assuming CBS will get 2nd choice, then NBC.  I know that with the records, Penn State at Michigan doesn't look as compelling as it could based on the schools, but I expect that CBS will look for it ahead of Nebraska at Oregon and Wisconsin at UCLA.
* I deleted the early SEC window.  Felt that both early window SEC games could be on ABC and ESPN, so I dropped the SECN window.
* The SEC timeslot locking does make it a little problematic to slot Florida State at Miami (FL) and Notre Dame at BYU.  I went with the Alabama-Tennessee on ABC in primetime and because of that, based on how I slotted the SEC afternoon or evening flex games, I ended up with Florida State at Miami in the ESPN primetime slot and Notre Dame at BYU in the late evening.
* For the Big 12, I'm assuming the top choice this week was one of ESPN's four priority choices across the season for the conference and intended to use it on Notre Dame-BYU.  Pick orders aren't always alternating for a given week, so if Notre Dame-BYU isn't in late night but on ABC or ESPN in primetime, they could have that game and Utah at Colorado as the late evening game.  That would likely give FOX both Arizona State-Texas Tech & Oklahoma State-Houston.
* This day feels like a day where multiple conferences could be held up for six day holds.
