Here are the games already set for television and/or webcast. Here are the known available telecast windows.
I have done my best to list what TV windows are out there. Every listing service has a little different schedule for these networks. It is also possible that a window could be eliminated or the time of a window could shift slightly to accommodate a network's needs.
Instead of cluttering up these posts even more, I'll try to keep track of the unique conference TV arrangements and six day holds used in a separate post.
* FOX will not have an evening window. A college basketball doubleheader will fill that time (BYU vs. UConn men, followed by South Carolina vs. USC women).
* SECN already has its mid-afternoon window filled, so just two games will be selected.
* Games set for time or TV network family, but not both:
- Iowa at USC (TBA, 3pm or 3:30pm ET)
- Wyoming at Fresno State (FOX Sports, TBA)
- South Florida at Navy (ESPN Networks, 12pm)
- SEC game time slots
- Early: Arkansas at LSU & South Carolina at Texas A&M
- Primetime: Mississippi State at Missouri
- All other games can air mid-afternoon or primetime
* The order the Big Ten and how I slotted the games, with restrictions for some schools on night games and Iowa at USC being locked to mid-afternoon as a homecoming game, looks a bit weird. I had CBS going first, followed by NBC and FOX. I put Iowa at USC on BTN as both schools need to fulfill their conference game appearance on the network.
EDIT: Also had to adjust Big Ten choices from the original posting due to Indiana needing a game on BTN too and their remaining game vs. Purdue is already earmarked for NBC. I moved Wisconsin-Indiana to noon BTN, slotted PSU-MSU to FS1 (PSU can get their BTN appearance another week), moved Purdue-Washington to NBC from FS1 evening and Arizona-Cincinnati from FS1 noon to FS1 primetime.
* For the Big 12, I had ESPN taking TCU at BYU for late evening over UCF at Texas Tech. I'd love to figure out a way to get it earlier in the day instead of late evening.
* I believe you could have six day holds used for each of the four power conferences. Big 12 might be less likely. Check the post mentioned above for how many six day holds are left.

Here are some ways I project the schedule will be different from yours:
1) Big 10: I wonder if the Iowa-USC game will be on CBS at 3:30, with the UCLA-Ohio State game being on BTN. While you are correct about Iowa and USC not yet having a BTN game this season, the Iowa-USC game will more likely be more competitive compared to UCLA-Ohio State (i.e. UCLA's 50-point loss to Indiana on 10/25). If USC needs a BTN game between now and the end of the regular season, the USC-UCLA game may be a better fit for BTN (due to UCLA's overall season). Iowa plays Michigan State on 11/22; this can be a BTN game for that week.
2) Big 12: You had hoped there were a better way to slot the time for the TCU-BYU game. Here is one solution:
a. 3:30 PM Fox-TCU at BYU (likely to be a very competitive game)
b. 7:00 PM ESPN2-UCF at Texas Tech (not likely to be that competitive considering how well Texas Tech is playing and UCF not playing well this year)
c. 10:15 PM ESPN-West Virginia at Arizona State (not likely to be too competitive). Utah, BYU, and Colorado have had several games in the 8:15 PM start time slot this year. This week would be a perfect slot to have a late start time at ASU. If weather is a consideration in scheduling, the temperature will be more comfortable late Saturday evening in mid-November in Tempe compared to Provo.
It seems there are two viable approaches to getting Indiana, Iowa, Penn State and USC their required BTN game:

The issue with Option B is that it requires one additional game (rather than covering Iowa and USC in one game) and, more importantly, it leaves either CBS or NBC picking between Maryland-Michigan State, Northwestern-Illinois and Penn State-Rutgers and Wisconsin-Minnesota on 11/29, which aren’t good options (although I believe all of those will at least play a night game if NBC has the third selection.
If CBS has the third selection on 11/29, I have to believe they pass on Iowa-USC so they know they get either Washington-Oregon or USC-UCLA on 11/29. FOX and NBC can’t really pick Iowa-USC due to the kick-off time (I realize FOX could put it on FS1, but I don't see them doing that).
USC-UCLA is not getting played on BTN. They’ll make another NBC or Fox window before they take it off broadcast TV
