CFB TV Guesses for 2026 Week 10 (11/3/2026-11/7/2026)

Here are the games already set for television and/or webcast. Here are the known available telecast windows.

I have done my best to list what TV windows are out there. Every listing service has a little different schedule for these networks. It is also possible that a window could be eliminated or the time of a window could shift slightly to accommodate a network's needs.

Instead of cluttering up these posts even more, I'll try to keep track of the unique conference TV arrangements and six day holds used in a separate post.

A few notes and considerations:

* Per The Athletic's Scott Docherman, CBS chose this week as its top overall choice for the season so they could carry Oregon at Ohio State.  After that, I have FOX and NBC (for Peacock) in order.  Note that this week is also when Michigan no longer allows home night games.
* Knowing that Michigan can't go in the night game slot, I have FOX choosing it for the noon slot.
* NBC's Big Ten selection is a night game on Peacock as Notre Dame is hosting Miami (FL) at night on NBC, though the Big Ten game could move to a different time if needed.
* Why Michigan State at Michigan over UCLA at Minnesota?  Reasonable question. I think there's a chance that UCLA at Minnesota could be the noon game.
* I have ESPN taking the BYU at Utah at the front ahead of FOX taking West Virginia at Texas Tech.  I think there's a small chance it ends up being the ABC primetime game.  Kentucky at Tennessee being locked in to primetime does not help.  I don't think Georgia at Ole Miss and Alabama at LSU would be in the 3:30pm timeslot with one of those on ESPN.
* FS1 does not have a 7pm game as they'll be carrying men's college basketball.  They do have a 9:30pm ET window.
* The ACC's CW game starts a little later at 12:30pm.
* Games set for time and/or TV, but not both:
  • Hawai'i at UTEP (TBA, FOX Sports)
  • Maryland at Purdue (Between 12pm and 5pm, TBA)

Oregon-Ohio St is playing week of 11.7

Correct. I mention it in the very first note.

Could FOX air a prime time Big Ten game since NBC is airing a Notre Dame game? That was the case in Week 3 and last year FOX did air one during one of the weeks NBC aired a Notre Dame game.

Yeah, they might do that. Depends on who is available and what schools are hosting.

Matt, is there a chance CBS could try and go head to head with NBC and whatever ABC and FOX throws in primetime, with the ORG/OSU game? I know OSU had a late season (UCLA) home night game last year, but other than ORG, the NW game is the only other BIG game, and I'm sure FOX will tab that for a Big Noon game if NW keeps winning. It would just be weird to not have a night game at The Shoe this year, lol

I assume one of the reasons you put Iowa at Northwestern on BTN was to knock out 2 of the final 3 BTN requirements with one game. That seems like the destination for that game, largely for that reason.

If FOX ends up with both Michigan-Michigan State and UCLA-Minnesota, I think they run UCLA-Minnesota on FOX primetime since there's no NBC game in the evening, and push a B12 game over to FS1. I expect to see a B1G game in that evening FOX time slot, especially if they have a game involving a West Coast team.

CBS actually has another game already in primetime: Air Force at Army.

I have seen Michigan’s (and Ohio State’s) late season prohibition on night games articulated both as “end of daylight savings time” and “last three weeks of the regular season”. There is a newspaper article that uses both (former from Michigan’s source, latter from the Big Ten office source

This is a calendar quirk year where they don’t mean the same thing. Not doubting your belief (it matches mine), but are you willing to share the source of your understanding?

I've see it mentioned now as "after Week 10". Week 10 often, but not this year, coincides with the final week before Daylight Saving Time ends.

Note that OSU did relent and play a mid-November night game last season, hosting UCLA.

One more on the Michigan item, which includes a quote from an unnamed school representative.

Ohio State also hosted Michigan State Nov. 11, 2023 on NBC. Depending on network priorities that day I can certainly see Northwestern-Ohio State at night. USC-Indiana and Michigan-Oregon are the other top games that day.
