The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases. They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference.
Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they will prove to be incorrect) and here is the current schedule for the week as several FBS games do have their time & television/webcast assignments already accounted for.
The number of six day holds available for each conference
ACC: 3 (10/12)
American: 3
Big 12: 4
Big Ten: 3 (10/12)
SEC: 3
Pac-12: 4
All times Eastern
Games on hold
Florida St. at Clemson - ABC at 3:30pm or 7:30pm
Penn St. at Iowa - ABC, FS1 or BTN at 7:30pm
Nebraska at Minnesota - FS1 or BTN at 7:30pm
Michigan St. at Wisconsin - ABC or BTN at 3:30pm

With another Alabama game on CBS, Week 8 will be a tough one for predicting an SEC TV schedule. If they want the Iron Bowl and LSU-Bama, they can't put the Tennessee game on CBS on the 19th.
My guess would be a 6-day hold for nearly the entire SEC schedule with all of Kentucky-Georgia, LSU-Mississippi State, Florida-South Carolina, Texas A&M-Ole Miss and Auburn-Arkansas in play depending on the next 2 weeks.
I'm going to assume they've already done the math & by choosing the A&M game, they're declining the Tennessee game. Maybe they haven't though.
I don't think Auburn-Arkansas will be an option for Week 8 either. They should hit five appearances as well (A&M, Florida, LSU, Georgia and Alabama).
6-day hold for Week 8 seems very likely as each week for the remainder of the season seems pretty clear, except for possibly the noon game on 11/16.
I would guess LSU-Mississippi St for Week 8 right now, which would indicate that CBS preferred Alabama-A&M and LSU-Mississippi St over LSU-Florida and Alabama-Tennessee. I would have chosen the latter pair, but they get paid a lot more money than I do to make those decisions.
I wonder if ESPN was expecting LSU-Florida at 3:30 as well, and it falling into their lap caused them to ditch the SEC doubleheader so they could start LSU-Florida at 8:00 since it will be a better game than the ABC game at 7:30.
I never thought of that, but that would be the least likely game of those to be chosen anyway. Missouri-Vanderbilt would likely get the SEC Network afternoon slot (probably the least valuable game of the week) and Alabama-Tennessee will probably get the ESPN prime time slot (since it cannot be held by CBS), leaving everything else in the air.
Also, the noon CBS game on 11/16 is picked at least after ESPN picks its prime time game (most likely Alabama-Mississippi State) and one other ESPN SEC game so it could be a case of who is left. Otherwise, it's likely the rest of the way will be:
Week 9 - Auburn-LSU
Week 10 - Georgia-Florida (already set)
Week 11 - LSU-Alabama (no doubleheader)
Week 12 - Georgia-Auburn, some other game NOT Alabama-Mississippi State (doubleheader)
Week 13 - Texas A&M-Georgia
Week 14 - Alabama-Auburn (Iron Bowl)
Agree on all of those games, and since CBS hasn't used any of its 6-day holds yet and wouldn't expect to after Week 12, seems like they use two of them for Week 8 and Week 12. Also, in Week 12, ESPN can effectively pick three games between the CBS picks, because they can leave Alabama-Mississippi State available for the second CBS pick, since picking that game would cost CBS the Iron Bowl at that point.
