CFB TV Confirmations for 2019 Week 12 (11/13/19 - 11/16/19)

This post will be updated as announcements come out for start times for 11/13 - 11/16 from the twelve day selection process that most TV networks adhere to.  Please understand that games can be held until next Sunday if a broadcaster wants to wait on the results of the Week Eleven games.  Most conferences have the possibility of having all or part of their games held for a six day hold of the start time.

The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases.  They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference.

Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they will prove to be incorrect) and here is the current schedule for the week as several FBS games do have their time & television/webcast assignments already accounted for.

The number of six day holds available for each conference

With OU @ BU on ABC, would that mean Disney had the #1 Big 12 selection?

Interesting six day selections for the Big Ten. Sounds like it's a matter of who has a selection first. FOX or ABC? Can't see any situation that Ohio State-Rutgers would be picked over Penn State-Indiana. Does this have anything to do with Ohio State not appearing on BTN for an in conference game yet this season? I know Penn State hasn't either, but seems like that will be satisfied when they play Rutgers in a couple of weeks.

I assume ESPN is picking next. Ohio St. appeared on BTN twice, one thanks to the Northwestern game being moved due to the ALCS. That move appears to have counted.

In regards to the Big Ten, which window (12:00 or 3:30) would be considered the better window for ABC/ESPN? Assuming ABC/ESPN has the first pick among

Ohio State @ Rutgers
Indiana @ Penn State
Minnesota @ Iowa

That Ohio State @ Rutgers game would be the least attractive and slot into the window (12:00 or 3:30) considered the lessor of the two windows ABC/ESPN has. I'll guess that Noon is the less desirable windows and it works out something like:

Ohio State @ Rutgers, 12:00, ABC
Indiana @ Penn State, 3:30, ABC
Minnesota @ Iowa, 4:00, FOX

So BIG 10 has 12:00PM ABC,4:00pm Fox locked because there is nothing else to flex there then either ABC/ESPN/2 at 3:30 or a second BTN windows.

Re: OU-BU being picked by ESPN to air on ABC, yes - I would assume they had 1st choice for the week. Its a guess by me for some as to who picks 1st and the Big 12 is one where the selection order on a weekly basis seems to be locked down quite well

Is the AAC 3:30 slot guaranteed to be on ABC/ESPN/ESPN2?

If so, wouldn't that fill out the Disney network for 3:30 with WF/Clemson and WV/K-St?

That means there would have to be a third BTN game with the most likely candidate being OSU/Rutgers. Not sure why the six day hold for this game.

It is my understanding that the AAC game at 3:30pm is targeted for ABC/ESPN/ESPN2. I left open the possibility for the Big Ten because no one is willing to say what the TV options are.
