This post will be updated as announcements come out for start times for 10/31 from the twelve day selection process that most TV networks adhere to. Most conferences have the possibility of having all or part of their games held for a six day hold of the start time.
The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases. They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference.
Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they will prove to be incorrect), along with the games that have already been set.
Here's the deal - I don't really have a great handle as to the TV slots that are open as some networks aren't providing accurate listings by the time this post is written. What I'll do is list the windows that I've found and the games not yet set for TV, then add windows & reorder them by time as they're announced. That way you'll see the list of games set for TV along with the one(s) you're waiting on. Just don't be alarmed if network X isn't listed with any games here and you don't see any from that network for the games that have already been set.

Oct. 24: FOX (5th pick)
Oct. 31: ABC (2nd pick)
Nov. 7: ABC (8th pick)
Nov. 14: ABC (4th pick)

Nov. 28: FOX (3rd pick)
Dec. 5: ABC (6th pick)
Dec. 12: FOX (1st pick)
The first two are obvious. Assuming Neb/OSU was picked over Mich/Minn, Oct. 24 was either 3rd or 5th. PSU/Mich is pretty attractive and is on Thanksgiving weekend. I thought I saw a tweet it was going to be on FOX. If so, it was likely 3rd. If Neb/OSU was the actual 3rd pick, PSU/Mich likely goes to ABC.
