CFB TV Confirmations for 2019 Week 4 (9/21/19)

This post will be updated as announcements come out for start times for 9/12 from the twelve day selection process that most TV networks adhere to.  Please understand that games can be held until next Sunday if a broadcaster wants to wait on the results of the Week Three games.  Most conferences have the possibility of having all or part of their games held for a six day hold of the start time.

The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases.  They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference.

Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they will prove to be incorrect) and here is the current schedule for the week as several FBS games do have their time & television/webcast assignments already accounted for.

RE: WVU @ KU on ESPN+

LHN always had the ability to air a conference game, along with the 1 third tier game, as long as both teams and the conference agreed. ISU @ UT was on LHN last year I believe. I thought this clause was generic to any school's network deal, so not exclusive to LHN, so it could apply to ESPN+.

I'm trying to get more info on WVU-KU.

As for Longhorn Network, any game beyond the first game of the season counts towards the 23 that ESPN platforms are contracted to carry. Didn't think there was a provision for ESPN+ to carry games beyond the one 3rd tier game each school is to provide to the service. For example, ESPNEWS wasn't allowed to carry Big 12 games, so not every ESPN platform was in the Big 12 contract.

Does espn still have the right to do the abc/espn2 split for the 2019 season because I know it didn't happen yet & wonder if could for Week 4 if that is a possibility

I believe they can do reverse mirror based on the home teams involved.
