Here are the games already set for television and/or webcast. Here are the known available telecast windows.
I have done my best to list what TV windows are out there. Every listing service has a little different schedule for these networks. It is also possible that a window could be eliminated or the time of a window could shift slightly to accommodate a network's needs.
Instead of cluttering up these posts even more, I'll try to keep track of the unique conference TV arrangements in a separate post.
A few notes and considerations:
Games where either the time or TV network has been set, but not both
Texas vs. Oklahoma (ABC, presumably either 12pm or 3:30pm ET)
Michigan at Indiana (TV TBD, 12pm ET)
Wisconsin at Northwestern (TV TBD, 3:30pm or 4pm ET)
Air Force at Utah State (FOX, FS1 or FS2, Time TBD)
Fresno State at Boise State (FOX, FS1 or FS2, Time TBD)
* ESPN and ESPN2 will have postseason MLB through most of the day.
* CBS has their primetime SEC game in addition to their 3:30pm window. Both games have exclusivity from ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU. Which isn't that big of a deal with respect to their SEC selections since those would just got to noon ET, but it cuts out the ability to carry games from other conferences.
* ACC RSNs appear to be set up for two game windows at 4pm & 7:30pm ET.
* Only two BTN windows exist, but the 3:30pm window appears to be for three games. Women's volleyball will air on the network in the evening. I don't think they'll use three at that time.

if I recall from years past CBS selections are the top 2 SEC picks for the week with the 8pm the top choice with the normal 3:30pm being the second pick
@Anonymous - Yes, that is correct. CBS will have the top two selections on 10/8. I imagine they could slot them however they want, but the game with more prestige typically is the 8pm game.
USC at Utah could be the game of the year in the Pac 12, I hope FOX gets 1st pick this week because it would be a shame for it to get stuck in the graveyard shift.
Would Fox want to put Michigan on Big Noon Saturday 3 weeks in a row?

You seem to know various windows weeks in advance for all the networks before you take a guess at the games. Where do you find that at?
I use network sites like WatchESPN which posts a schedule for ESPN usually a month ahead. As for most other networks, I seek out the information from TV listing sites like Zap2It 2 weeks in advance.
Wouldn't that be 9/24, 10/1, 10/8 with Michigan on Big Noon?
Yes, that would be three straight for Michigan at noon ET on FOX. While there was a 3 week gap due to MLB on FOX, Oklahoma had three straight in the early slot on FOX back in 2018 to start the season
