This post will be updated as announcements come out for start times for 10/14/23 from the (mostly) twelve day selection process that most TV networks adhere to. Most conferences have the possibility of having all or part of their scheduled games held for a six day hold for the start time and/or the TV network. The list of available TV windows are based on media websites, TV listings and press releases. They can change based on the needs of the broadcaster or the conference.
Here's what I guessed based on the available openings (they will prove to be incorrect), along with the games that have already been set.
There's also a handful of rules that both conferences and TV networks have put into their agreements which affect these selections, which are updated weekly and can be found here.

It's not that cut and dry. FSU and Miami have to play too.
Matt, this question is more a looking ahead than a question about 10/14. In the past, the Big Ten had a couple of clauses regarding night games. Obviously with the new contract, ceasing night games after week 10 has been eliminated. But what about the clause that said all B10 hosted night games had to be selected 12 days in advance, no six day holds? Do you know definitively what the status of that “rule” is going forward from 2023?
I'm really not sure re: 12 day holds and night games. It hasn't come into play yet. With NBC also not carrying a couple night games in favor of Notre Dame, there's less opportunities for their use.
If you remember, one of the positives the SEC spun out of their all-in deal with Disney was more control and more early announcements of start times. While the Big Ten is still going week by week, I'll be curious to see if there's any 12 day holds used.
For the six day hold, which is the more "premier" window: 12pm or 7:30? For example, if UNC and Miami win to make it a top 15 matchup, would they get the 7:30pm primetime? Or would ABC elect to have the more premier matchup as the best game in a weaker noon slate?
Usually 7:30pm for ABC, but they may schedule this differently.
