Here are the games already set for television and/or webcast. Here are the known available telecast windows.
I have done my best to list what TV windows are out there. Every listing service has a little different schedule for these networks. It is also possible that a window could be eliminated or the time of a window could shift slightly to accommodate a network's needs.
Instead of cluttering up these posts even more, I'll try to keep track of the unique conference TV arrangements in a separate post.
A few notes and considerations:
Games where the start time or television is set, but not both
Minnesota at Illinois (TV TBD, 12pm)
Wisconsin at Michigan State (TV TBD, 3:30pm or 4pm)
Arkansas at BYU (ESPN Networks, Time TBD)
San Jose State at Fresno State (FOX Sports, Time TBD)
* FS1 has 3pm and 7pm NLDS windows planned, which takes out nearly all of their ability to show college football. They do have an 11pm window. Even though this date would be Game 4 of both series, they have to go under the assumption that games will be played this day instead of not.
* Speaking of that 11pm window, I think they'll have to adjust that by 15 minutes to start San Jose State at Fresno State at its latest available start time for FOX Sports (7:45pm local).
* BTN has a volleyball window planned for 4pm ET. I know they dropped their planned volleyball window on 10/8 but I'm running under the assumption they'll stick to the schedule.
* It looks like there will be no 12pm ACC window and ESPN2 has dropped a previously listed late evening (10:30pm ET) window.
* I gave FOX top Big Ten choice and ABC received top Big 12 and PAC-12 choices.

Does big 10/big 12 always have big noon time slot or can the pac 12 get it as well? Would usc vs Utah be a candidate since it’s in the mountain time zone?
I believe that ship has sailed regarding Pac-12 at noon ET on FOX.
Assuming a Top 10 battle between Michigan and Penn State would draw more viewers than Kansas-Oklahoma, is there any chance FOX would make Michigan-PSU its night game?
Why would they go away from the Big Noon Saturday strategy?
why does an AAC game "HAVE" to be moved to a Friday?
It was agreed upon when the schedule was released and it benefits the conference to potentially fill one of their three ABC games. They're less likely to do that on a Saturday with a lot of other conferences who are available for ESPN to put on ABC.
i was not aware that ABC was making Friday primetime available for college football -
Only on Black Friday with the Florida-Florida State game. This might be due to other programming on ESPN with the cable nets carrying several college basketball events, including the Phil Knight events.
yep, i see it now, reference to 11/25 and that's a different animal than any other friday;
